World Missions

The Argo family, Al, Coli, Alex, and Chandler, also known as the A-Team, have served with WMM since 2001. Their chief aim is to see souls saved and to teach, equip, activate, and mobilize the Asian church to finish the Great Commission. Church planting, leadership training, Coffee House Ministry, sports ministry, and Disaster Relief are a few of the ministries in their portfolio. Please pray for health and safety, full support each month, souls to be saved, and the land and building for Life Church Cebu, Philippines.

For as long as she can remember, Abigail has sensed the Lord’s call to global missions, specifically ministering to the next generation. Through volunteering in her local church’s children’s church, working with Falcon Children’s Home in North Carolina, and participating in a two-month internship in Japan, along with other diverse opportunities, she has been trained and equipped for effective children's ministry. Abigail will locate in Bangkok, Thailand, where she will work with career missionaries Albert and Jiep Gonzales, assisting and teaching in Sunday School classes, engaging with children's and youth activities, assisting local leaders and pastors, and participating in local outreach. Abigail’s love for Jesus and passion for the lost will be a driving force as she carries out the Great Commission.

The Andes mountains, Amazon jungle, and coastal deserts of Peru contain countless towns and villages without any evangelical church. The Lord has opened the door for us to minister throughout Peru (while China has been closed to outsiders), with a special focus on discipling future missionaries. Pray for God to raise up more laborers to boldly proclaim Christ from the Andes to Tibet!

The foothills of Tibet in western China are home to countless unreached Buddhist and Muslim villages. From 2003-2019, we dedicated ourselves to shrinking that number by making God’s Word available to hundreds of thousands of households for the first time. Pray for China's doors to open once again, and for our team as we continue to carry the Gospel to the hardest places!

Devin and Breanne Harden have heard the call and answered to go to Japan to plant churches in areas of Japan that are entirely unchurched. Their heart is specifically to gear their attention toward student ministry in Hiroshima and begin raising up a generation of individuals who will be reborn in Christ and rise to the call to preach the gospel themselves. Please pray for the Hardens as they prepare for their first missionary assignment together.
